*EUBrewNet is a parallel event with participants mainly attending training workshops. This event is part of COST Action ES1207, supported by COST (European Cooperation in Science and Technology) and by invitation only. For questions specifically related to the EUBrewNet training event, please contact the organiser Dr. John Rimmer.
The deadline for early bird registration is 31 May 2016, the deadline for standard registration rates is 31 July 2016. The late registration rate will be applied as of 1 August 2016.

What is included in the participation fee:
- All coffee breaks and lunches Monday – Friday
- Welcome ice-breaker on Sunday
- Welcome reception on Monday evening (tbc)
- Conference Dinner (4 course seated dinner, 1/2 bottle of wine, water, coffee/tea)
- Brochure with conference information and online PDF conference programme book.
Conditions and cancellation policy
- Early registration must be accompanied by payment. Otherwise, it will not be processed and the standard registration rates will be applied.
- Registration fees are non-transferable.
- Registration fees will only be refunded if the notice of cancellation is received by Copernicus Meetings before 31 July 2016. The cancellation fee is €50.
- Cancellations after 31 July 2016 and no-shows are not eligible for a refund.
- Any claims must be received by Copernicus Meetings no later than 6 weeks after the last day of the conference. Later requests cannot be considered.
